We're offering free semen sample pots (postage only to pay) allowing men to have a go and get some practice in before having to do it for real. 

Many men won't have ever had to produce a sample and doing it for the 1st time in a hospital toilet or clinic production room can be a bit overwhelming. 

It's also not always as easy as people may think, so why not order yourself a "give it a shot" pot and try it in the comfort of your own home. 

The pots provided may vary from the one you are offered by a clinic or GP practice but it still gives you an idea of what to expect. 

Standard pots are typically around 125ml so don't be surprised when your sample barely covers the bottom! This is normal and this is another good reason to try it at home so you can see what your "normal" is.
